Back better- but not good: August 5 2020

Had a visit from a friend- outside and with distance. Still nice.
Not much energy to get anything done. Back still bad. But much better then yesterday. Walking slowly.
Tried to move a wheelbarrow with mulch but immediately decided that was a bad idea...
Hoping for more improvement by tomorrow.

I'm not certain that everybody that reaches a certain age and stage has a 'problematic back' at times, or if it's just everybody that I know of.

I feel your pain and am sitting here in deep gratitude that my back is doing pretty darn good.

I bring it upon myself when I am sitting too long (dang online stuff), don't do Yoga, and then, dig and carry heavy stuff...
I am a slow learner lol

Take it easy and don't push! Things will still be there tomorrow or even the next day or the next. You can't rush a back issue. I know as I've been there. You did very well with your 8049 @actifit steps. Take care and feel better, my friend!

Oh no! I hate when the back acts up. I still struggle with the hip and I'm running out of physical therapy visits. It's better than it was before so I'm glad for that. Have a wonderful day!
