I have been wanting to go to bed before 10 pm for a long time. It is supposed to be better for us, biorhythms and all. It never seems to happen.
Part of my new approach to this part of my life is that I am not stressing if something doesn’t get done.
I set a daily alarm for 9:30 pm. When that goes off- I start getting ready for sleepy time.
Today, there was no Vlog and no podcast editing. But I am in bed with 10 minutes to spare 😂
