Mochi is a Japanese cake made from glutinous rice. It's very typical there and its texture is unmistakable.
In this case it was filled with chocolate mousse.

looks yummy

Ye, it was pretty good but I prefer it without the filling.
More mochi dough and less chocolate mousse.

Looks delicious!

It was pretty good but, to be honest, I prefer it without the filling πŸ™‚

WOW that looks sopppo freakin delicious!
Any idea how to make it?

Ha, ha! Hi there!
I suppose it's not a difficult task if you know how to make a thin mochi dough; after you got that, you have to make a chocolate mousse, fill it with that and make a ball. Then coat it in chocolate powder.

Ok I'm looking up mochi dough now. Thanks for the info!
